Techcon TS5400 Series TS5440 Needle Valve Setting Instructions
If necessary for work, please install the valve on the bracket (1).
2. Connect the fluid tree hole pipeline to the valve inlet end (2).
3. Insert the open end of the air hose into the air inlet connector (3), and then connect the other end to an approved valve controller.
4. Set the fluid pressure to no more than 100 psi (6.9 bars).
5. Install the required dispensing needle to the valve outlet (4) and secure it to the fixing ring (5).
6. Ensure that all connections are tight.
7. Place the container at the valve outlet and activate the valve until the fluid stabilizes.
